About the event

Rather than relying on checklist-style exams or excessive exercise variety, the course emphasizes hypothesis-driven evaluation, load tolerance, tissue irritability, and symptom behavior as the primary drivers of safe and effective care.

Participants progress from universal rehabilitation concepts to applied strategies for the spine, extremities, tendinopathy, chronic pain, and complex shoulder presentations. Special emphasis is placed on adhesive capsulitis, including diagnosis, natural history, stage-specific examination, and ethical exercise and manual therapy progression to minimize flare-ups and adverse events.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

§  Apply universal rehabilitation principles to design simple, effective, and scalable exercise programs across spine and extremity conditions.

§  Use patient history to generate diagnostic hypotheses and guide focused, defensible physical examinations.
