Will I obtain CE Credit?If you register for a course and select to obtain CE credit, you will obtain state or board approved credit hours. Each course will vary in CE Credit hours due to approval requirements. CE credit will also vary by licensure and state approvals. We attempt to disclose approved CE credit for each licensee and state prior to the completion of a course. If you have specific concerns, we recommend you contact us prior to the course date.

Who can take courses with HERO Seminars?Anyone. 😀 Although our courses are tailored towards Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers and Rehab enthusiasts, anyone wanting to further their knowledge in patient-centered care may take our course.

If I complete the Livestream course will I receive credit?Depends. For most states, livestream (webinar) courses are approved as a "Live course." This means your CE credits will go towards credits as if you took the course in-person. Some states do not consider livestream (webinar) courses to be "live," therefore these credit hours will be applied towards "online" or "asynchronous" hours. We recommend you verify with your state requirements to ensure you are compliant with your continuing education hours.

CE Credit Approvals by AgencyDoctors of Chiropractic CE credits are approved by a Chiropractic University, PACE and or a State Board. Doctors of Physical Therapy CE credits are approved by the APTA. Athletic Training CE credits are approved by the BOC.

May I register more than one person at a time?Each person will need to complete a registration form.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
