VP of Treatment Standards, Clinical Education Director
As the Vice President of Treatment Standards, Dr. Moll strives to remain at the forefront of clinical innovation with a robust professional background. Prior, he was the clinic director for CR England, Inc. and experienced in the realm of independent chiropractic examinations (IME) and DOT medical examinations. He has also served as Adjunct Faculty, imparting knowledge to future healthcare professionals. Notably, he has achieved acclaim as a 10-year clinician for the CrossFit Games.
With a passion for peer-reviewed literature, he thrives on staying abreast of the latest research trends. He has been published in the International Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Journal.
By combining his experience with a commitment to the latest advancements in research and digital health, he ensures that the audience takes away not only practical insights into treatment standards but also a renewed sense of inspiration for the future of patient care.
When he is not sifting through the latest research, he enjoys cycling, home remodels and culinary arts.

Casey Crisp, DC
Director of Clinical Quality Assurance
Dr. Casey Crisp is a 1997 graduate of Palmer College in Iowa. He owned a private practice in Arkansas for five years and then served as assistant professor at Palmer College of Chiropractic for nine years. During his tenure as assistant professor, he has also participated in multiple publications (Journal of Chiropractic Medicine and Journal of Chiropractic Pediatrics) along with receiving his Master of Science with the emphasis in Anatomy. Dr. Crisp provides continuing education on clinical conditions and rehab along with an emphasis on anatomy and the implications to examination, rehab and also patient education. He also lectures on the importance of ethics, documentation, risk management and coding procedures. He currently serves as Director of Clinical Quality Assurance and has obtained a diplomate through the American Board of Quality Assurance & Utilization Review Physicians. He is also a Certified Independent Chiropractic Examiner through the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. He is a proud father of twin boys and has been married to his best friend for over 25 years. He has a passion for trail running and goes by the nickname " Trail Turtle".

Dr. Askey has one speed and one speed only; in the direction of success. He serves as a mentor for 150+ chiropractors, assisting them with clinical methods and injury resolution strategies. He has been a keynote speaker at Palmer College of Chiropractic. He carries multiple certifications and continues to increase his clinical knowledge on a monthly basis. He enjoys spending time with is amazing wife and has a passion for Ultra running.

Travis Owens, DC
Clinical Mentor
Dr. Owens hails from Panama City Beach, FL and is a graduate of Life University in Marietta GA. He has been licensed to practice in 6 states and has experience in a variety of practice philosophies; Wellness and Fitness to achieve health goals and most recently, soft tissue manual therapy and functional movement restoration. Dr. Owens was a competitive and collegiate cheer athlete and coach and is currently a competitive CrossFit coach. His combination of acrobatic sports and CrossFit experience affords him a unique perspective on the cause and resolution of pain syndromes. Along with patient care, Dr. Owens currently serves as a supervisory provider for new doctors entering practice and spends his free time coaching and enjoying outdoor activities.

Anthony Pavlich, PT, DPT, CSCS

Anthony Pavlich is a highly qualified and dedicated physical therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northeastern University. As a former Division 1 track and field athlete Anthony has a particular love for all things running as well as sports rehabilitation. Anthony brings a wealth of expertise in manual therapy and rehabilitative care, while currently serving as Clinical Innovation with Technology Team Lead, with licenses in all 50 states, he offers high-quality telehealth services nationwide. Anthony's professional journey includes pivotal roles at the TB12 Performance and Recovery Center, as well as an internship in the NBA with the Indiana Pacers. An engaging lecturer of numerous continuing education courses, Anthony is also a NSCA certified Strength and Conditioning coach as well as a level 1 USATF Track and Field coach. Anthony’s mission is to continue to make a positive impact in the lives of his patients by delivering exceptional care and promoting continuous learning among his healthcare colleagues.

Heather Wedding, ATC
Senior Director of Active Care Standards
Heather Wedding is a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer. She earned her undergraduate degree from Texas Lutheran University in athletic training and master’s in athletic training through the teaching assistant program at Texas State University. She was head Athletic Trainer and has worked at two secondary schools. She now serves as Senior Director of Active Care Standards for a large healthcare organization. She is passionate about facilitating learning and educating healthcare professionals in evidence-based rehabilitation protocols. Her passion helps clinicians ensure that patients have the educational tools needed to be successful and compliant with their treatment plan. When she is not actively working or thinking about work, she is coaching her daughter’s volleyball teams, reading, fly fishing, bird watching or just enjoying her time with her family and friends.
